Hello, I'm Linnie Herden, the founder of Lost Pines Personal Care Home.

I have over 30 years experience caring for the elderly. 

Lost Pines is family run by myself, my daughter and granddaughter (Certified Nursing Assistants)

and skilled caregivers.

We have years of experience in working with

people who have special needs, as well as with senior citizens.

As a care-giving team, we provide loving quality care for the elderly,

in a family home environment.

*We paid attention to every detail when we designed our personal care home.

We want Lost Pines to be as safe and comfortable as it is beautiful.

• All bedrooms are private, single occupancy. 
• Each resident has a private vanity and sink for their personal use only.

• Every door is wheelchair accessible.
• Sturdy hand rails are throughout the home.
• Showers are one piece, easy to step into with safety shower seats.
• Cable TV is in every room.
• Bedrooms and private vanity areas all have dimmer light switches.
• Hall way is wide and easy to maneuver with walkers, canes or wheelchairs.
• There are no throw rugs on the floors (to prevent falls).
  
• The front porch is gated for security and safety.
• Smoke alarms are in every room of the house.
  
• Modifications can and will be made to accommodate individual needs as they arise.

Even the furniture has been chosen with special consideration for the needs of seniors.

• Residents are encouraged to bring their own bedroom and other furniture to create a feeling of familiarity and comfort.

You can decide what you need and we will accommodate you, from a night on the town, away for business/vacation, to a daily regiment of ongoing assistance with life and responsibilities.

We consider your loved one to be an extension of our family. Furthermore, we believe it is an honor and responsibility to be entrusted with the care of a loved one.
